- Argued and won a negligent “duty” issue in both the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court in the case of Gipson v. Kasey, 214 Ariz. 141, 150 P.3d 228 (Sup.Ct. 2007).
- Successfully tried over fifty civil and an additional fifty criminal jury trials including personal injury, medical negligence, serious felony and murder cases through verdict.
- Applied his extensive experience defending doctors, nurses, hospitals, and nursing homes in all stages of medical negligence litigation in State and District Court to now serve his clients’ personal injury interests.
- Served and gained criminal law experience as a Maricopa County Deputy County Attorney and Assistant Bureau Chief, managing a team of 12 prosecutors.
- Has prosecuted and defended armed robberies, car-jackings, aggravated assaults with serious physical injuries, dangerous crimes against children, auto thefts, identity thefts, drug sales, gang allegations, and homicides. This invaluable experience on both sides assist in the defense of current clients.
- Successfully tried personal injury and negligence cases and argued/defended major motions (dispositive motions, Frye/Daubert motions to exclude expert testimony, motions in limine to exclude evidence, etc.) in State Superior Courts (most Arizona counties) and in U.S. District Court, District of Arizona and Tribal Nations.
Mr. Vingelli is double board certified in both Wrongful Death and Personal Injury litigation by the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization (SBA), and Criminal Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA).
